For T.P.-01 to T.P.-04 (Fisheries Science)

• Master’s Degree in Fisheries Science (or a related field) with at least 60% marks, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science.
• NET or SLET from ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/State Government agency.
• Minimum of 1 publication in a NAAS-related refereed journal.
• 5% relaxation in marks at graduate and master’s levels for SC/ST/Disabled candidates.
• Ph.D. alternative: Ph.D. with coursework plus at least 2 full-length publications (NAAS rating ≥ 4) may be exempted from NET; Ph.D. without coursework does not qualify for exemption.

For T.P.-05 (Home Science / Resource Management)

• Doctorate in Human Development & Family Studies / Resource Management & Consumer Science / Home Science, OR
• Master’s Degree in the above disciplines with at least 60% marks; NET/SLET compulsory for Master’s candidates.
• 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/Disabled candidates.
