Age Limits

Educational Qualifications

• DGM - Product Development (PD): Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Technical Textiles / Polymer Science / Material Science or equivalent. 15 years of experience; Master’s Degree / Ph.D. in a relevant field and experience in ballistic protection systems, NBC suits, protective fabrics, or smart textiles are desirable.
• DGM - Research & Development (R&D): Retired Technical Officer 'A' / Scientist 'D' from DRDO/NIFT/CSIR with 15 years of relevant experience.
• Sr. Manager Quality Control (QC): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology. 5 years of industrial experience in quality control and quality tools. Certification in Quality Management Systems / Six Sigma / Lead Auditor is desirable.
• Sr. Manager Information Technology (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA. 5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of DBMS, ISQL/SQL, programming, Web-based reporting, and Linux is desirable.
• Sr. Manager Marketing (International): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology. MBA in Marketing / International Business. 5 years of relevant experience; experience in defence production/marketing and government tenders is desirable.
• Company Secretary: Registered Company Secretary with ICSI. 5 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary/Compliance Officer/Legal Officer or equivalent. LLB background and knowledge of DPE functioning are desirable.
