Age Details

• Maximum age limit: 42 years
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, BC and EWS; 3 years for Ex-servicemen; 10 years for differently-abled candidates. The maximum age with all relaxations is 52 years.
• Age calculation as on 01/12/2025.

Educational Qualifications

• Office Subordinate: SSC or equivalent
• Anesthesia Technician: Intermediate with Science and 2-year Diploma in Anesthesia Technician; registered with APPMB
• Cardiology Technician: B.Sc with 2-year Diploma in Cardiology Technician and Diploma in Electrocardiography, or B.Sc in Cardiovascular Technology; registered with APPMB
• Lab Technician: DMLT or B.Sc (MLT) or Intermediate with one year apprenticeship in Govt. hospitals; registered with APPMB
• Operation Theatre Technician: Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management & Operation Theatre Technician; registered with APPMB
• General Duty Attendant: SSC/10th or equivalent
• Store Attendant: SSC or equivalent
• Lab Attendant: SSC/10th or equivalent; Lab Attendant Course or Intermediate (Lab Attendant Vocational) as per AP board
• ECG Technician: Intermediate with Diploma in ECG Technician; registered with APPMB
• Library Assistant: Intermediate with CLISc

Essential Requirements

• Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications as on the notification date.
• If an equivalent qualification is held, include Government orders to that effect with the application.
• For posts requiring APPMB registration, valid APPMB registration is mandatory.

Application Fees

• OC Candidates: Rs. 300
• BC/SC/ST/EWS/Ex-Service Candidates/PWD (Other than OC): Rs. 200

• Applicants must enclose a Demand Draft towards the application processing fee in favor of Principal, Government Medical College, Rajamahendravaram. If applying for more than one post, a separate DD is required for each post and for GMC and GTGH posts separately.

General Information / Instructions

• Proforma of the application will be available on the portal eastgodavari.ap.gov.in from 10:00 am on 26.12.2025 to 04:00 pm on 09.01.2026.
• Apply with complete and accurate information; avoid last-minute submissions.
• Submit self-attested copies of all required certificates along with the application.
• Enclose a separate DD for each post and apply separately for GMC and GTGH posts.
• Obtain a dated acknowledgement from the receiving authority.
• No applications will be accepted by post or email.
• District jurisdiction is Erstwhile East Godavari; local consideration based on 4th-10th certificates as per Presidential orders.
• Counseling will be conducted separately for GMC and GTGH.
• Final merit list valid for one year from issue date.
• Reservations as per AP State and Subordinate Services Rules. Contract/outsourcing tenure initially one year, extendable as per government instructions.
• The District Selection Committee reserves the right to terminate contract/outsourcing services with one month notice.
• Selected candidates must stay at the bonafide Head Quarters as applicable.
