Eligibility Details

• Officer Secretarial (CS) (On Contract): Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. Experience: around 0-3 years in the secretarial department of a large industrial organization.
• Medical Officer (On Contract): MBBS (MCI recognized) with Certificate Course in Industrial Health (State Govt recognized). Minimum 3 years (excluding internship) in a large industrial health center.
• Officer - Guest House (On Contract): MBA (Hospitality/Hotel Management) or equivalent from a reputed institute. Minimum 4 years in managing guest houses in large industries.
• Officer - Security Services (On Contract): Equivalent Graduate certificate from Armed Forces. Minimum 2 years post-qualification in security functions, preferably in large industries.
• Chemist (On Contract): Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Polymers. Experience in a large industrial laboratory at supervisory level preferred; freshers may apply.
• Accounts Officer (On Contract): Qualified CA / CMA from ICAI / ICMAI. Minimum 2 to 7 years post-qualification in Finance/Accounts of a large industrial organization; SAP exposure preferred.
• Engineer - Electrical (On Contract): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) First Class. Minimum 4 years post-qualification in electrical maintenance/repair in a large organization.
• Engineer - Civil (On Contract): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Civil) First Class. Minimum 4 years post-qualification in civil construction projects in a large industry.
• Engineer - Mechanical (On Contract): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) First Class. Minimum 4 years post-qualification in plant maintenance of a large industry.
• Engineer - Process (On Contract): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) First Class. Minimum 4 years post-qualification in process operations of chemicals in a large industry.
