Age Limit

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a full-time MBA (Rural Management) or a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a reputable and recognized Institute/University.

Experience

• Around 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within a large industrial organization is required.

Salary

• Selected candidates will be placed in the company's Regular Grade GREO-05. The current CTC for Grade GREO-05 is approximately Rs. 23.01 Lacs per annum. CTC revision is scheduled for July 2026.
