Age Limits

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years
• Age relaxations as per GPSC / Gujarat Government rules for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS, PwD, and other categories.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR
• Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
• Institute of Cost and Works Accounts (ICWA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) OR
• Company Secretary
• Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Note

Candidates must possess the required degree and technical skills as specified by GPSC.

• Preliminary Exam (Paper-1): 07-06-2026
• Preliminary Exam (Paper-2): 28-06-2026
• Main (Written) Exam: 13-12-2026 to 16-12-2026

Application Fee

• General / Others: ₹100 plus postal/online service charges
• SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / PwD / Ex-Servicemen (Gujarat state): Exempted

• Cut-off date for eligibility is the last date of online application: 21-04-2026.
• Only Gujarat domicile candidates are eligible for reservation benefits.
• Category once filled cannot be changed later.
• Basic computer knowledge and knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both are required.
• All communications will be sent via registered email/SMS and updated on the official website.
• Mere submission or examination appearance does not guarantee eligibility. Final eligibility is checked at document verification.
• Canvassing or unfair means may lead to disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be paid for examinations.
