Age Limit

As on 21-08-2026, the candidate's age must be between 20 and 35 years. Age relaxation is available as per government rules for reserved categories, women, and persons with disabilities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Computer Applications, Commerce, Science (Mathematics/Statistics), or Arts (Statistics/Economics/Mathematics).
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi, or both.

Nationality

• The candidate must be a citizen of India or as specified under relevant rules.

Computer Knowledge

• Possess a certificate/mark sheet from a recognized training institution confirming basic computer knowledge, or a diploma/degree/certificate course in computers, or have studied computer science as a subject in a diploma/degree course or in Standard 10 or 12. If not presently holding such a certificate, it must be produced before appointment.

Important Note

• Candidates with a B.Sc. (CA & IT) or M.Sc. (CA & IT) degree are not eligible for this post.

Application Fee (Preliminary)

• Unreserved: Rs. 500

• Reserved (Women of all categories, SEBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwD, Ex-servicemen): Rs. 400

• Note: Only the Preliminary Examination fee is payable at this time. Fees must be paid online by 23-08-2026 11:59 PM. Fees paid are non-refundable if the candidate does not appear for the examination.

Important Instructions

• Submit only one application; if multiple applications are submitted, the last confirmed application with fee payment will be considered valid.
• Do not edit category or any other details after final submission; for corrections, submit a fresh application with the correct information and pay the fee again before the last date.
• Original certificates must match online details; discrepancies may lead to rejection at document verification.
• PwD candidates may receive compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour per paper in both examinations, subject to Board approval.
• The recruitment is governed by relevant exam rules. Re-evaluation of Main Examination is not permitted; recounting of marks may be requested as per subsequent instructions.
• The Mandal reserves the right to change or cancel the notification or recruitment process at any stage without prior notice.
