Age Limit

BE/BTech Graduate Apprenticeship Training

• Degree in engineering BE/BTech from a recognized university in India
• Graduation on or after 01/04/2021
• Candidates with work experience of one year or more are not eligible

Diploma Apprenticeship Training

• Diploma in engineering from a recognized university in India
• Diploma obtained on or after 01/04/2021
• Candidates with work experience of one year or more are not eligible

Non-Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship Training

• Degree BA/BCom/BBA in the specified subjects from a recognized university in India
• Degree obtained on or after 01/04/2021
• Candidates with work experience of one year or more are not eligible

Important Dates

• Notification Date: 18-02-2026
• Walk-in selection for BE/BTech Graduate: 23 February 2026
• Walk-in selection for Non-Engineering Graduate: 24 February 2026
• Walk-in selection for Diploma: 25 February 2026
• Walk-in window: 23-02-2026 to 25-02-2026

Application Fee

Walk-in Procedure

• Read the official notification before attending the interview
• Register as "STUDENT" in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and bring the registration form copy
• Report to the venue at the specified reporting time
• Bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies (ID proof, educational certificates, experience certificates if required, and category certificate if applicable)
• Bring the duly filled application form if required by the notification
• Verify eligibility criteria before attending
• Arrive early to complete registration formalities and carry extra passport-size photographs if required
