Age details

• Minimum Age: 18 years as of 31/12/2025
• Maximum Age: 26 years as of 31/12/2025 for General/EWS candidates
• Age relaxation as per Government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD applicants

Qualifications

• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Diploma in the respective engineering discipline from a recognized State Board of Technical Education.
• General Stream Graduate Apprentices: Graduation (B.Com, B.Sc., B.C.A) in the respective discipline from a recognized university.
• Engineering Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech./B.E. in the respective discipline from a recognized university.

Essential Qualifications

• Regular, full-time degree or diploma in engineering or graduation in the respective discipline from a recognized board/university.
• Candidates who completed their qualifying course in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.
• Original/provisional certificates as on 31/12/2025 are acceptable for eligibility.

Experience

• Candidates who are already engaged in or registered with any apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible.
• Candidates with one or more years of work experience are not eligible.

• Walk-In Date for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: 28-01-2026
• Walk-In Date for General Stream Graduate Apprentices: 29-01-2026
• Walk-In Date for Engineering Graduate Apprentices: 30-01-2026
• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM

Fees

• There is no application fee for HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2026.

Walk-in Instructions

• Walk-ins are for on-site engagement at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore, Kolkata.
• Candidates must register on the NATS 2.0 portal and bring the system-generated registration number to the walk-in.
• Bring original and photocopies of all required documents as listed under Documents Required for Verification.
• HAL reserves the right to cancel or modify the notification or selection process without notice.
• No canvassing and no outside employment offers will be entertained.
• Candidates must ensure eligibility criteria before reporting for the walk-in.
