Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 27 years.
• Age relaxation may be applicable for deserving candidates as per due process and approval of the selection committee.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th standard (any stream).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO operations, including handling exchange boards (EPABX and related services preferred).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Willing to work in shifts including nights, Sundays, and holidays; also duties in reception and other office areas.
• Candidates must be able to attend the walk-in interview on the specified date.
