Experience

• Tenure: Young Professionals will be engaged as Individual Consultants for 24 months (extendable or shortened as required).

• Insurance: Consultants must arrange their own life, health, and other insurances for the engagement period.
• Legal status: Independent consultants, not employees of HCL; engagement can be cancelled at any time without providing reasons.
• Confidentiality and conduct: Adhere to applicable laws and regulations; maintain confidentiality as per contract terms.
• Exclusive engagement: Full-time consultants must not undertake other assignments with HCL during the consultancy period and must declare no conflict of interest.
