Age Limits

• Supervisory Staff (Graduate Project Engineer - Chemical): 18-35 years
• Skilled Worker (AOCP - CPW): 18-40 years for General candidates; age relaxations as per government rules for OBC-NCL, SC/ST & Ex-Servicemen.

Supervisory Staff (Graduate Project Engineer - Chemical)

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution
• At least one year of training/experience in ordnance factories or in factories manufacturing military ammunition, explosives, or hazardous chemicals. Ex-Graduate Apprentices of Chemical trade may also be considered.

Skilled Worker (AOCP - Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)

• Matriculation with NAC/NTC in AOCP (NCVT) from a government or government-affiliated ITI
• Feeder trades: AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) and related trades (e.g., IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, etc.)
• Desirable: experience or training in ordnance factories handling explosives and ammunition.

Important Dates

• Advertisement Publication in Employment News: 21 March 2026
• Last Date for Receipt of Application: 21 days from first appearance of advertisement in Employment News
• Trade Test / Practical Test / Personal Interaction Date: To be notified (shortlisted candidates only)

• NIL for all candidates.

Notable Instructions

• The engagement is initially for one year and may extend up to four years total, with yearly renewal.
• No application fee; multiple applications will be rejected.
• PwD candidates are not eligible for the Skilled Worker (AOCP) post. SC/ST candidates may receive travel allowances as per rules.
• Communications will be sent only to shortlisted candidates; disputes fall under Pune jurisdiction.
• The contract ends automatically after four years with no claim for permanent absorption.
• If the closing date falls on a holiday, the next working day becomes the deadline.
• Submit a self-attested photo and required documents; superscribe the envelope with the correct post name.
• Absence or misrepresentation in documents may disqualify candidacy.
