Age Limit

Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum age: 45 years. Age is calculated as on 31 July 2026. This criterion applies to all three posts: Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter, and Multipurpose Worker.

Para Pump Operator

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel mechanic/Pump mechanic/Motor mechanic from a recognized ITI, or matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the above-cited trades under the Skill Development scheme of the Government.

Para Fitter

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter from a recognized ITI institute, or matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the above-cited trade under the Skill Development scheme of the Government.

Multipurpose Worker

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) Pass or its equivalent from a school duly recognized by the State Government.

Selection Process

The total selection process is based on a 10-mark merit criteria, distributed as follows: academic qualifications, BPL status, and experience, followed by a skill/physical test for shortlisted candidates. The top eligible candidates (approximately three times the number of vacancies) will be called for the skill/physical test via a separate letter. No TA/DA will be payable for attending the test.
