• Experience in NABL documentation and having undergone at least one NABL audit

Experience (Post-wise)

• Senior Manager: 8 years in sales and marketing of FMCG/Packaged Drinking Water/OTC/Personal Care/Health & Wellness Products, etc.
• Manager: 4 years in sales and marketing of FMCG/Packaged Drinking Water/OTC/Personal Care/Health & Wellness Products, etc. For Assistant Manager, M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) with at least 1 year post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions (relevant roles in diagnostics labs or imaging centres).
• Deputy Manager: M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in QA/QC; for Assistant Manager, minimum 1 year in Business Development in healthcare, preferably diagnostics labs/imaging centres; for Deputy Manager, minimum 2 years in Business Development in healthcare, preferably diagnostics labs/imaging centres.
