Stipend (Salary during training)

• SSLC Trainees: Year 1 Rs. 9,000; Year 2 Rs. 10,000; Year 3 Rs. 11,500
• ITI Trainees: Year 1 Rs. 9,500; Year 2 Rs. 10,500; Year 3 Rs. 12,000
• Diploma Trainees: Year 1 Rs. 10,000; Year 2 Rs. 11,000; Year 3 Rs. 12,500

Walk-in procedure and general conditions

• Read the official notification carefully before attending.
• Report at the venue as per the stated reporting time.
• Bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies (ID proof, educational certificates, experience certificates if required, and category certificate if applicable).
• Bring any required application form.
• Arrive early to complete registration.
• Report/register before 11:00 AM to attend the test.
• Venue: HLL Lifecare Ltd, Peroorkada Factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
• If selected, you must complete a minimum of 1 year of training to be eligible for an Experience Certificate.
• The training period is 3 years, which may be reduced at the company’s discretion without notice.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
• Those who have undergone T&D training in the company are not eligible to apply.
• Those who are overqualified will not be considered for the applied post.
