Age limits

• Deputy Manager (Finance): Maximum 35 years.
• Officer (Accounts) / Officer (Company Secretary) / Officer (Legal): Maximum 30 years.
• Age relaxation as per Government of India directives for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen. Additional relaxation for Ex-Apprentice Trainees / Contract employees of HMT.

Qualifications

• Deputy Manager (Finance): CA / CMA / ICWA with computer proficiency; relevant post-qualification experience.
• Officer (Accounts): CA / CMA / ICWA with computer proficiency; relevant post-qualification experience.
• Officer (Company Secretary): Graduation with ACS / ICSI membership; post-qualification experience.
• Officer (Legal): Full-time LLB with minimum 60% marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST); computer proficiency.

Experience

• Deputy Manager (Finance): Minimum 6 years post-qualification relevant experience.
• Officer posts: Minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant experience.

Desirable

• Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable for Officer (Company Secretary).
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software is desirable for Finance & Accounts posts.
