Eligibility by Post

Assistant Professor (BBA)

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject
• NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms (or foreign Ph.D. from a top 500 ranked university)

Internal Auditor

• CA/CMA (Inter) with 3 years of experience OR M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 10 years of experience

Assistant Internal Auditor

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 5 years of experience in accounting/auditing

Technical Assistant (Admin)

• M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics/M.Sc. Computer Science/MCA with at least 50% marks

Statistical Analyst

• Master’s degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematics/Quality & Productivity Management/Operations Research with 55% marks

Training Officer for D.H.S.I.

• Any Graduate with Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma in Health and Sanitary Inspector or a relevant diploma with 5 years of experience

Store Keeper

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience in Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Bodies

Lab Assistant (Chemistry)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant/allied subject (Postgraduate preferred)

Desirable: Experience in Education/Government/University sector; knowledge of Computer/Tally/ERP/Statistical Software; industrial experience in data analysis.

• Complete the online application by 23-02-2026, 05:00 P.M.
• Print the filled application form (2 sets) and attach self-attested documents.
• Send the documents in a sealed cover, clearly superscribed with the post name, to the Registrar, Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan - 384265, Gujarat, India by 26-02-2026, 6:00 P.M. (Speed Post or in person).
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post when applying for multiple posts.

General Information / Instructions

• Appointments are contractual for 11 months, extendable up to 3 years as per policy.
• University may withdraw the advertisement or not fill posts.
• Qualifications/experience are reckoned as on the last date of online application.
• Official language is Gujarati; non-Gujarati candidates may need to gain proficiency.
• NOC may be required for employed candidates.
