Age Details

• Court Manager: 25-35 years
• Other posts (UR/EWS): 18-45 years
• Reserved HP categories (SC/ST/OBC/PH): 18-50 years
• HP Government employees: 18-50 years
• A 5-year relaxation is applicable for eligible bonafide SC/ST/OBC candidates of HP and persons with benchmark disabilities where the post is reserved for these categories.

Eligibility by Post

• Court Manager: Graduation in any stream with an MBA from a UGC-recognized university, plus 3 years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of legal affairs and computer applications desirable.
• Clerk: Graduation from a recognized university with basic computer knowledge, including Windows and Linux, and typing/printing ability.
• Stenographer Grade-III: Graduation from a recognized university.
• Driver: Matriculation pass, valid LMV license held for at least 3 years, and at least 3 years of LMV driving experience; preference for candidates with mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
• Process Server: 10+2 pass from a recognized board.
• Peon/Orderly/Chowkidar/Safai Karamchari/Chowkidar-cum-Safai Karamchari: 10+2 pass from a recognized board.

Candidates must be Indian citizens and, except for bonafide Himachalis, must have studied within Himachal Pradesh for certain posts as applicable. Proficiency in local dialects and knowledge of state customs is preferred where stated.

Additional Instructions

• Ensure eligibility in terms of qualification, category, age, and experience as of the last date of online submission.
• Employees in Government or Semi-Government service must submit through proper channel with No Objection Certificate within 15 days of the last date (except for Job Trainee/contract/daily wage workers).
• Examination/test schedules will be notified via SMS and registered email; no separate call letters will be issued through other channels.
• Category claims are final; no changes will be entertained after submission.
• Vacancy numbers may vary due to administrative reasons. Re-checking or re-evaluation of answer sheets is not allowed.
• Results for regular vacancies will be declared first; switching between appointment modes after final results is not allowed.
• Apply only once for a post; no need to apply separately for regular, contractual, or daily wage vacancies.
