Age Limits

Most posts: 18-45 years. Post Codes 26011 (Speech Therapist) and 26013 (Audiometric Technician): 18-38 years. Age reckoned as on 01-01-2026. Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates domiciled in Himachal Pradesh and HP government employees and HP Ex-servicemen.

Educational Qualifications

• Panchayat Secretary (26005): Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Minimum typing speeds: 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi; knowledge of word processing as prescribed by the recruiting authority.
• Medical Social Worker (26006): Postgraduate degree in Social Science or Sociology.
• Psychiatric Social Worker (26007): Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Operation Theatre Assistant (26008): 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with 50%; OTA Training or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Anesthesia & OT Techniques); must be registered with HP Paramedical Council.
• Radiographer (26009): 10+2 with Science; B.Sc. Medical Technology (Radiology & Imaging); registration with HP Para Medical Council.
• Pharmacist/Pharmacy Officer (26010): 10+2 with Science; Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy; registration with the Pharmacy Council.
• Speech Therapist (26011): B.Sc. in Speech & Hearing or equivalent; registration as required.
• Senior Laboratory Technician/MLT Gr-II (26012): 10+2 with Science; B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology; HP Para Medical Council registration.
• Audiometric Technician (26013): B.Sc. in Speech & Hearing or equivalent; registration as required.
• Litho Artist (26014): 10+2; Diploma in Fine Arts; three years of practical experience in design/layout.

Indian citizens. Reservation benefits applicable only to bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.

Application Fees

• General: ₹800 total (₹100 examination fee + ₹700 processing fee).
• Payment mode: Online only (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking).
• Note: Fees are non-refundable after payment.

Important Instructions

• Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal before filling the ORA.
• Online application: 10-03-2026 to 04-04-2026, 11:59 PM. The portal will be disabled after the closing date.
• Eligibility and experience are determined as on the prescribed closing date (04-04-2026).
• Reservation benefits are applicable only to bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
• OBC certificate validity: one year or as prescribed by the HP Government; must be valid on the last date of ORA submission and on the date of document verification.
• EWS certificate validity: one year from issuance and valid during the process.
• SC/ST/OBC certificates (HP) must be on parental basis.
• Regular government employees must submit a declaration to their Head of Office/Department.
• Matriculation and 10+2 from institutions in Himachal Pradesh are eligible (excluding Bonafide Himachalis).
• A 7-day correction window opens after three days from closing date, with a ₹100 correction fee.
• Examination and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Unfair practices can lead to disqualification. Admit Cards are to be downloaded from the official site.
