Age Details

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 31 May 2026)
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwD candidates
• Age and educational qualifications are reckoned as of 31 May 2026. Candidates with pending results need not apply.

Eligibility Details

Educational Qualifications by Discipline

• Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university or institute
• Civil: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute
• Human Resource: Graduate in HR/Personnel, or graduate in any stream with MBA (HR/Personnel)
• Finance & Accounts: CA / ICWA / M.Com / MBA in Finance from a recognized university or institute
• Law: Graduate in Law from a recognized university or institute
• Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or IT, or BCA/MCA from a recognized university or institute
• Management Studies: Graduate in Management Studies (BBA/BMS/B.Com), or graduate in any stream with M.Com/MBA in Management Studies
• Social Science: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or Public Administration
• Hydro Engineering: Graduate in Hydro Engineering or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized university or institute

Note: Qualifications obtained through distance learning, part-time, or correspondence mode are not eligible. If CGPA/OGPA/grades are awarded, the equivalent percentage must be indicated as per norms of the university or institute.

Application Fees

• There is no application fee for this apprenticeship.

Important Instructions

• Only female candidates are eligible.
• Applicants must have an active email ID and mobile number valid for at least one year for future communications.
• Submit the prescribed application form by email; no other mode is accepted.
• Apply for only one discipline/trade. Applications for multiple trades will be rejected.
• HPSEBL reserves the right to modify vacancies, transfer seats, or cancel the process at any stage without providing reasons.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification with a ratio of 1:4 per seat. A medical fitness certificate must be produced before joining.
