ICTC Counselor

• Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development, or Nursing with 3 years of counselling experience under National Health programmes; OR Post-graduate in the same fields
• For PLHIV candidates: Graduate degree in the above fields with 1 year of counselling experience under National Health Programmes

FIART Counselor

• Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development, or Nursing with 1 year of counselling experience under National Health Programmes
• Desirable: Experience with National AIDS and STD Control Programme (NACP) or community settings
• Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, internet/email; understanding of government health policies; teamwork and adaptable work style

ICTC Lab Technician

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or BMLS; Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or DMLS of at least 2 years duration, recognized by State/Central Government
• Essential Experience: 2 years lab experience for those with B.Sc/Diploma; 1 year for candidates with M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Desirable: M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLS)

Other Instructions

• Applications are invited to fill the post on a contractual basis under the National AIDS Control Programme, initially up to 31/03/2026, with possible renewal based on performance

• The work and conduct will be governed by NACO, MOHFW, and HSACS guidelines
