Required Qualifications by Post

• Chief Scientific Officer: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental Science/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Bio Technology or Chemical Engineering (analogous post experience may be considered).
• Senior Scientist (Data & Analytics): M.Sc. in Maths/Statistics/Physics/Operational Research with a PG Diploma in Computer Science and Application or MCA/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science; eight years of programming experience in government or reputable organizations.
• Senior Scientist (Air/Waste/Water Quality, etc.): PhD or equivalent in respective field; relevant experience as specified.
• Environmental Engineer: M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering (first division) or regular BE in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering with substantial experience.
• Assistant Environmental Engineer: BE in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering (first division).
• Scientist B: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental Sciences or related fields; or degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Private Secretary: Two years of PA experience.
• Personal Assistant: Five years of experience as Sr. Scale Stenographer.
• Senior Scale Stenographer, Junior Scale Stenographer, Steno-typist: Graduation in any discipline.
• Assistant: Five years’ experience in a similar state government post.
• Accountant: M.Com (second division) or B.Com (first division) with two years’ experience.
• Accounts Clerk: B.Com (second division) with three years’ experience.
