  • Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the State/UT applied for.
  • Computer Literacy: Mandatory evidence of computer operations through a certificate/diploma/degree, or studying Computer/IT as a subject.
  • Ex-Servicemen: Ex-Servicemen with the specified conditions are eligible as noted in the notification.
