Qualifications

• B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech/MBA
• Bachelors in Science with a minimum of 55% marks

Essential qualifications

• B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech/MBA and at least 2 years of proven experience in Business Management/R&D/Administration/Finance/Office management
• Bachelors in Science with minimum 55% marks
• At least six months diploma in Computer Applications

Desirable

• Diploma in management/business development/Administration/Finance
• Good writing and oral communication skills with computer literacy
• Experience with scientific documentation, data entry, records maintenance, and training
• Knowledge of computer operations, especially Office and PowerPoint

Experience

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Business Management/R&D/Administration/Finance/Entrepreneurship Development/Office management

General Instructions

• Positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project; initial tenure is one year with possible extension based on performance.

• Shortlisted candidates for the in-person interview will be published on the CSIR-IIIM site on 08-01-2026 by 5:00 PM.
• Candidates must bring original and self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents at the time of the interview.
• The interview will be conducted at CSIR-IIIM, Canal Road, Jammu. English/Hindi can be used during the interaction.
• If CGPA/OGPA/SGPA is shown, convert to the equivalent percentage as per the university’s approved formula and attach the conversion along with the application.
• Eligibility criteria must be strictly met to be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the WALK-IN INTERVIEW.
