Age Details

Maximum age for Young Professional 2 is 35 years. Age relaxation: SC/ST and women - 5 years; OBC - 3 years (on the last date of application).

Eligibility Details

Young Professional 2 (Post 1)

• Essential Qualification: First-class Master’s degree with specialization in Environmental Sciences/Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/Ag Chemistry (thesis work).
• Desirable: Experience in soil and air sampling and analysis; instrument handling (GC, GC-MS, spectrophotometer); strong MS Excel and scientific writing skills.

Young Professional 2 (Post 2)

• Essential Qualification: First-class Master’s degree / M.Tech with specialization in Environmental Sciences/Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/Ag Chemistry/Remote Sensing (thesis work).
• Desirable: Experience in soil and air sampling and analysis; instrument handling (GC, spectrophotometer); MS Excel; satellite image analysis, GEE and Python for image processing.

Project Assistant

• Essential: B.Sc with field experience in agriculture; data entry in MS Excel.
• Desirable: Experience in soil and GHG sampling, soil sample processing, GHG data entry.
