Work Experience

• Government Officers: Minimum 5 years of regular service at Level-11 or above (7th CPC) in Ministries/Departments, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or State Governments.
• Private Sector Professionals: Minimum 8 years of experience in Art, Culture, Management, or Public Administration, with experience in cultural management, events, academics, and exhibitions.

Domain Area

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a foreign language is desirable. Proven credentials/interest in Art & Culture.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in event management, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
• Background in diplomacy, international relations, and running culture-related institutions.
• HR, administrative, or financial management experience; foreign exposure and familiarity with Indian languages are advantageous.

• Deployment abroad may require exclusive assignment; ICCR reserves the right to modify qualification, experience, age, or criteria as necessary and to cancel the notification at any time without notice.
• Government servants should apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate.
