• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Biosafety Engineering, or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• OR Retired Government employees in Pay Level 10 and above with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
