Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 40 years as on the last date for receiving applications.

Educational Qualifications

• Law graduate from a University/Institution recognized by UGC.

Professional Registration

• Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State in which the candidate practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Civil/Service/Labor arbitration matters.

Drafting Expertise

• Demonstrated exposure to drafting of Agreements/MoUs/Deeds and other legal documents after enrollment.

Institution Ranking

• The ranking of the institution, as per the established framework, shall be a deciding factor.
