Age Limit

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute, OR an equivalent qualification with a Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Post-Qualification Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Nursing Officer is mandatory.

Mandatory at Joining

• Registration with the Delhi Nursing Council.

Preference Criteria

• Preference to candidates with hands-on experience in ICU, OT, Cath Lab settings, or experience in a 200+ bedded Super Specialty Hospital, and those with higher nursing qualifications beyond the minimum requirement.

Application Fee

• This engagement is contractual/outsourced for a fixed period; no claim for regular appointment.
• Place of deployment may be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Working shifts or rotational duties may be required without extra conveyance.

• ICSIL reserves the right to accept or reject applications and to withdraw the advertisement at any time without notice.
• Security deposit: A salary-linked security deposit of 15 days’ salary, recovered in two equal parts in the first two months, is refundable with interest upon fulfilment of contractual liabilities and No Dues Certificate from the client department.
• Regular checks will be done to ensure profile eligibility before applying; ensure consistency of name across all documents and certificates.

Documents Required at Verification (if shortlisted)

• Original documents for Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, and Experience.
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• Proof of name consistency across certificates (Class 10th Certificate, PAN, Aadhaar) and legal name-change documents if applicable.

Selection and Recruitment Notes

• Shortlisting based on age, qualification, and experience, followed by an interview/interaction with the deploying department. Depending on the post, a skill test or written test may be conducted.
• No TA/DA for attending the interview/verification. Deployment is contractual and subject to project requirements and compliance with applicable laws.
