Age Limits

• Deputy General Manager, Grade D: 35-45 years (DOB between 02-07-1981 and 01-07-1991)
• Assistant General Manager, Grade C: 28-40 years (DOB between 02-07-1986 and 01-07-1998)
• Manager, Grade B: 25-35 years (DOB between 02-07-1991 and 01-07-2001)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: +5 years
• Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: +10 years
• Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers (min. 5 years military service): +5 years
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: +5 years

There is no reservation for Ex-servicemen in the Officers' cadre. Age relaxations are cumulative with one other category.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Audit - Information System (Grade C): B.Tech/BE in IT/Electronics/Computer Science or related field, or M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech in a relevant field, or a Science graduate with a valid CISA certification. CISSP/CISM/CISA/DISA/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/CEH/GIAC preferred. Minimum 7 years as an officer in BFSI/IT/Information Security consultancy, of which 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/Information Security Consultancy.
• Audit - Information System (Grade B): Same qualification as above. Minimum 4 years as an officer in BFSI/IT/Information Security consultancy, of which 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/Information Security Consultancy.
• Infrastructure Management Department - Premises (Grade D): B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering or dual specialization including Civil/Electrical. Minimum 10 years in BFSI/Large Corporates/Infrastructure/PSU, of which 7 years in handling Civil/Electrical engineering activities including tendering and branch/office setup.
• Infrastructure Management Department - Premises (Grade B): Same qualification as above. Minimum 4 years in BFSI/Large Corporates/Infrastructure/PSU, of which 2 years in relevant engineering activities.
• Legal (Grade D): Graduation in Law from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years, including at least 7 years as a law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government entities/Regulatory bodies, or as a practicing Advocate with at least 7 years as a law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government entities.
• Legal (Grade B): Same qualification as above. Minimum 4 years, including at least 2 years as a law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government entities, or as a practicing Advocate with at least 2 years as a law officer.
• Security Officer (Grade B): Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 4 years of Commissioned Service not below the rank of Captain (Army) or equivalent in Navy/Air Force, or equivalent police/paramilitary roles. Preference for BFSI security experience. Non-relevant experience will not be counted.

Note: Only full-time, permanent employee experience is considered. Experience gained through staffing/manpower agencies, contractual roles, or outsourced payroll will not be counted. Experience below 6 months in any organization is not reckoned.
