• Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Whole-time Director, with at least 2.5 years as MD/CEO, in a Public Sector Bank or an equivalent Private Sector Bank/Financial organization.
• Desirable: Proven track record of transformation, experience in IT-related committees, and demonstrated ability to drive digital innovation within the organization.
• Experience level: Prior CEO-level leadership experience in large financial institutions is preferred.
