Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess an MBBS, BDS, MS, or MD degree.

For SOE-01, SOE-02, SOD-01 to SOD-11, and SOC-01, the fee is Rs. 300/-. For TOB-01, SAC-01, SAB-01 to SAB-03, and NUR-01, the fee is Rs. 200/-. For PHM-01, TNB-01 to TNB-03, the fee is Rs. 100/-. SC, ST, PH, and female candidates are exempt from fees. Payment can be made online via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Candidates should carefully fill all required fields in the application form, including name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, address, and qualification details. All documents, such as photographs and signatures, should be uploaded in the correct size and format (PDF or JPEG). Before final submission, review all entered information and uploaded documents. After submission, print or save a PDF copy of the application for future reference.
