• OR Defense Officer with HR background with not less than 7 years of experience.
• OR Degree in any discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized university/institution approved by AICTE.
• Minimum 7 years in an executive cadre/managerial post in HR.

Desirable Experience

• Relevant HR leadership experience in defense or related sectors is preferred.
