• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management (PM/IR/HRM) from a recognized university/institution approved by AICTE (duration not less than 2 years)
• OR Defense Officer with HR background of not less than 7 years
• OR Degree in any discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized university/institution approved by AICTE

Experience

• Minimum 7 years in Officer Grade/Managerial post in HR division
