• Senior Manager: Maximum 45 years
• All Manager Posts: Maximum 40 years

Eligibility Criteria by Post

Vice President (IT)

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (CS/IT/related) or MCA; 15 years of experience. (Refer to notification PDF for exact requirements)

Vice President (Bank Fintech Products)

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Banking/Finance or MCA; 15 years of experience in digital payments, fintech or banking.

Assistant Vice President (Finance)

• CA/CMA (ICAI/ICMAI); 18 years of experience in finance.

Senior Manager (ITS)

• Bachelor’s Degree (IT/CS/related); 15 years of ITS/ATMS experience.

Manager (ITS)

• Bachelor’s Degree (IT/CS/related); 10 years of relevant experience.

Manager (Grievance Redressal/Customer Services)

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline); 10 years in customer service.

Manager (IT)

• Bachelor’s Degree or MCA (IT/CS/related); 10 years in IT infrastructure/software.

Manager (Marketing/BD)

• Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years in marketing/business development. Note: Refer to the official notification for full essential and desirable qualifications for each post.
