• M.E./M.Tech in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Ceramics Engineering, or related fields.
• OR M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Life Sciences, or Mathematics.
• Valid GATE/NET qualification.

Marks and CGPA

• Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
