IIFCL AGM & DGM Recruitment 2026: Offline Application for 15 Posts (AGM Grade C, DGM Grade D)

Age Details

• AGM (Grade C): General/EWS 45 years; OBC (NCL) 48 years; SC/ST 50 years.
• DGM (Grade D): General/EWS 50 years; OBC (NCL) 53 years; SC/ST 55 years.
• PwBD and Ex-Servicemen relaxations as per GoI rules.

Eligibility Details

AGM (Grade C)

• Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, with at least 7 years in the relevant domain.
• Professional qualifications as per discipline (CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.).
• Last drawn position should be equivalent to Scale III or Grade B / E4-E5.

DGM (Grade D)

• Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience, with at least 11 years in the relevant domain.
• Professional qualifications as per discipline (CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.).
• Last drawn position should be equivalent to Scale IV or Grade C / E5-E6.
