Eligibility Details

Common Basic Eligibility

• Minimum 60% or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
• Qualifying degrees include B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (various branches), 4-year B.S. (with Maths), M.Sc, MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Final-year students may apply, subject to completing their degree before admission.

Programme-Wise Eligibility

• M.Tech - Relevant UG/PG in engineering/technology or related fields (e.g., CSE/CSIS: open to many branches; PDM: Bachelor's in Engg/Tech/Design/Science + recommended industry experience; CASE: Civil/Mechanical; VLSI: ECE/EEE-related).
• MS by Research - Strong background in the relevant field, often similar to or broader than M.Tech.
