Age Details

• Deputy Registrar: Maximum 50 years.
• Junior Engineer (Civil) & Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE/Programming): Maximum 37 years.
• Junior Technician (Networking/CSE), MTS-cum-Plumber, MTS-cum-Electrician: Maximum 32 years.
• Age relaxations as per Government of India rules for reserved categories and other eligible groups.

Eligibility Details

Deputy Registrar (Level-12)

Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks, or equivalent grade, plus at least 5 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in GP Rs. 5400 (Level-10) or above in relevant administrative areas. Desirable: Law/Management/Engineering degree and experience in computer applications/e-office.

Junior Engineer (Civil) (Level-06)

Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years’ relevant experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ relevant experience.

Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE/Programming) (Level-06)

BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA with 5 years’ relevant experience.

Junior Technician (Networking/CSE) (Level-03)

Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with 2 years’ relevant experience.

MTS-cum-Plumber (Level-03)

10+2+ITI with two years’ relevant experience OR 10+2+ITC with three years’ relevant experience.

MTS-cum-Electrician (Level-03)

10+2+ITI with two years’ relevant experience OR 10+2+ITC with three years’ relevant experience.

Reservation and age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India norms, and candidates must provide prescribed category/disability certificates in the specified formats.

Application Fees

• Level-12: Rs. 1,000
• Level-06: Rs. 500
• Level-03: Rs. 250
• SC/ST/PwD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
• Bank/transaction charges and any applicable service tax, if any, must be borne by the candidate. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

Other Instructions

• All applications must be submitted online through the official portal.
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post received with the prescribed fee for that post.
• No hard copies of applications are required to be sent to the Institute.
• Candidates already employed in Government/PSU/Central Autonomous Bodies should upload a No Objection Certificate from their present employer along with the application.
• Incomplete applications or those not supported by relevant documents will be summarily rejected.
• The Institute reserves the right to fill up, or not fill, the posts advertised based on requirements and financial position. All communications will be sent via email or uploaded on the Institute website.
• Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Ernakulam District, Kerala.
