Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Finance, Accounting, Financial Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis and are awaiting defence may be considered, provided the degree is completed within six months of joining.
• Strong foundation in theoretical and empirical research in finance and/or accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent academic research, evidenced by publications or working papers.
• Proficiency in econometric modelling, statistical inference, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience handling large-scale financial and macroeconomic datasets.
• Working knowledge of statistical and econometric software such as Stata, R, Python, MATLAB, or EViews.
• Familiarity with data analysis, applied statistics, and the ability to write and execute code for empirical research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
