IIM Indore Post Doctoral Fellowship Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria

• Successfully defended FPM/PhD (within 5 years of the application) from a premier institute/university (excluding IIM Indore) with a minimum of 60% marks or 1st division in the master’s degree or the degree immediately preceding PhD. Those who have submitted the thesis are also encouraged to apply.
• Desirable: Should have a minimum of “B” category (or above) publication in the journal list (ABDC or equivalent).

• Prepare and enclose the following:
  • Application form in the required format
  • Qualification certificate
  • Updated CV
  • PDF research statement/proposal
  • Two reference letters (to be sent directly by the referees)
  • Research papers (pre-prints) published or accepted

General Information / Instructions

• This is a contractual appointment for a maximum period of two years with annual renewal based on performance review.
• Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
• Incomplete applications or missing supporting documents will be summarily rejected.
• The Institute reserves the right to terminate the fellowship if progress is not satisfactory or if grant funds are not utilized properly.

Selection Process

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.
• Fulfilling the qualifications and experience does not guarantee call for selection.
• The Institute reserves the right to modify shortlisting criteria if applications are overwhelmingly large.
