Age Details

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum qualification)
• Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:
  • Social Sciences
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • English Literature
  • Related field approved by the selection committee

Essential Experience

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Relevant Experience Definition: Handling and supervising academic activities, student counselling, admissions support, etc., in an established educational institution or university
• Experience calculation: Excludes apprenticeship and training programs
• Experience is aggregated from all organizations and expressed in years/months/days (30 days = 1 month, 12 months = 1 year)

Essential Language Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi
• Fluency in at least one other vernacular language is preferred
