Age Limits (as of 12 January 2026)

• Chief Manager: up to 50 years
• Manager: up to 45 years
• Assistant Administrative Officer: up to 40 years (OBC(NCL): 43)
• Junior Engineer / Library Asst / Accountant / Junior Accountant: up to 35 years
• Assistant: up to 35 years (OBC(NCL): 38; SC: 40)
• Junior Assistant: up to 35 years (ST: 40)
• Ex-servicemen/PwD relaxations as per Government of India rules. No upper age limit for departmental candidates holding a regular position at IIM Kozhikode.

Eligibility by Post

• Chief Manager (Infrastructure): M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering with CAD/CAM and Automated Project Management Systems experience. 15 years of relevant experience.
• Manager: Graduation in any discipline with 12 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Assistant Administrative Officer / Assistant / Junior Assistant: Graduation in any discipline with relevant administrative/clerical experience.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engg with 8 years of experience OR B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engg with 3 years of experience.
• Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or equivalent, with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Accountant / Junior Accountant: B.Com / Inter-CA / Inter-ICWA with 6/5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience means experience in administrative/office clerical matters, preferably in Central/State Govt. service or academic institutions. Apprenticeship/training experience should not be counted.

Application Fee

• General / OBC: Rs. 118/- (including GST) to be paid online.
• SC/ST/Differently Abled/Women and Departmental Candidates: No fee.
• Fee once remitted is non-refundable.
• Separate fee required for each post when applying for multiple positions.

General Instructions

• Posts are on a regular basis; postings can be at IIM Kozhikode main campus or Kochi campus.
• Selected candidates join at the entry pay corresponding to the pay level; no pay protection.
• Candidates must not take up outside employment for the initial three years after joining.
• Incomplete or unsigned applications or applications without required documents will be rejected.
• Govt/PSU employees should route applications through proper channels or submit an NOC during the written test/interview.

How to Apply

• After submission, print the application, sign it, and attach self-attested copies of documents (DOB proof, education, experience, salary papers, community certificates, vigilance clearance, etc.).

• The envelope should be superscribed with the post and post code. Hard copies must reach by 21 January 2026, 5:30 PM.
