• Junior Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years
• Manager/Senior Manager: Maximum 45 years

Eligibility by Post (varies)

• Manager Level: MBA or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years in a managerial role).
• Deputy Manager Level: Postgraduate degree with minimum 60% marks and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager Level: Postgraduate with minimum 60% marks and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Technical): B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME/MCA in CS/IT/Electronics or Civil/Electrical/Mechanical with minimum 60% marks and 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Finance): CA/CMa or Graduation with minimum 60% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Programme Assistant: Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 60% marks; for Library post: B.Lib.Sc. with 60% and 3-5 years experience.
• Senior Manager (Noida Campus): Engineering degree (Civil) with minimum 60% marks and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
