• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data analysis tools such as SPSS or R; basic qualitative coding is desirable.
• Fluency in Hindi and English and willingness to travel to districts in Uttar Pradesh.
• Strong report-writing abilities for policy-style outputs are expected.
