Research-Associate

• Ph.D. in Management (preferably HRM/OB/Psychology) with a minimum of 2 years of research experience.
• Postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks.

Research-Assistant

• Postgraduate degree in HRM/OB/Psychology or related subjects with at least 60% marks (regular mode).

Desirable qualifications (both posts)

• Research publications in peer-reviewed ABDC/ABS-listed journals.
• Expertise in quantitative methods (SPSS, SmartPLS) and qualitative research (NVivo).
