Educational Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or Psychology or a related field, with a strong research background and a first-class academic record.
• Regular-mode postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or related subjects from a reputed institution.

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in research-oriented roles.
• At least one peer-reviewed research publication.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in primary/field data collection and analysis.
• Experience in publishing research papers.
• Proficiency in qualitative methods and strong understanding of quantitative research.
• Proficiency in SPSS; knowledge of NVivo and AI tools is advantageous.
