Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must possess a PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology, or a relevant field, with an excellent academic record and First Class performance throughout, including postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant research experience post-PhD.
• Waiver on the experience requirement can be granted to individuals with a PhD from top-tier institutions who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies.
• At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC-listed journal.
• Preference to candidates with experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, and in publishing research papers.
• Expertise in qualitative research methodologies, solid understanding of quantitative research, and proficiency in SPSS. Knowledge of NVivo and AI tools will be an added advantage.
