Age Details

• Preferable upper age limit: Professor up to 50 years.
• Preferable upper age limit: Associate Professor up to 45 years.
• The Institute may relax age limits in exceptional cases.

Eligibility Details

• Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch/specialization and an outstanding academic record.
• Professor: Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 4 years at the Associate Professor level at a reputable institution.
• Associate Professor: Minimum of 6 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Professor (Grade-I) level at a reputable institution.
• A strong academic background and awareness of current developments in the field.
• Publications in peer-reviewed Web of Science Q1/Q2 indexed journals will be considered as research evidence, with preference given to FT50 journals.
• All qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE recognized universities/institutions.

General Instructions

• Reservations as per Government of India rules (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD).
• Indian nationals, OCI holders, and dual citizens may apply and must submit relevant certificates.
• Probation period for regular appointments is 2 years; contractual positions may be considered for one or two years.
• Candidates employed in government/semi-government/educational institutions should apply through proper channels or provide an NOC at interview time.
• Only candidates called for presentations/interviews on the IIM Mumbai campus will be reimbursed economy class airfare within India through authorized agencies.

• Include documents such as age proof, educational qualifications, caste, experience certificates, Ph.D. defense date, and three best paper reprints with the email submission.
