Academic Associate Eligibility by Area

• Economics & Public Policy: PhD with or without experience; graduates or postgraduates in Economics or allied fields; B.Tech/B.E with relevant experience. Teaching or research experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Finance and Accounting: PhD with or without experience; MBA or equivalent with first-class in finance/accounting; M.Com with first-class in computer applications. PhD candidates will be preferred.
• General Management: PhD with or without experience; MBA or equivalent with first-class; background in Law or business law is an added qualification.
• Information Systems and Analytics: PhD with expertise in IS/Analytics; MBA with IT/Systems/Analytics specialization; BTech/B.E in CS/related fields or MCA with relevant experience; one year post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strategy & Entrepreneurship: PhD with or without experience; MBA or Master’s in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields; strong academic record. Law background or interest in business law is an added qualification.
• Marketing: PhD with or without experience; first-class postgraduates (MBA with relevant specialization or postgraduates in the relevant field); one year post-qualification experience preferred.
• Operations Management & Decision Sciences: PhD with or without experience; B.E. in any branch; B.Sc/M.Sc in Mathematics or Statistics; MBA with relevant specialization; 1-3 years of related experience desirable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
